Attention College Students:
You are invited to serve as a
volunteer for a four hour shift and have your registration and membership fees waived (a savings of $85). The Fall Conference is organized
and run by volunteer educators from throughout California. Become part
of the volunteer team that offers mathematics educators this premier
conference. This offer is only available to full-time college students who are not also paid as teachers.
To become a Student Host, please complete the form linked here by October 6. Do not fill out any other registration form. You will be notified by October 13 of your volunteer assignment. If you have questions, contact
Those serving a 4-hour shift as a Student Host at the conference will receive:
- FREE registration for the entire two-day conference,
- a one-year membership in CMC,
- one free copy of a classroom-ready ComMuniCator Activity Book, and
- an entry into a raffle for technology prizes generously donated by Texas Instruments.
Note: If you are not a college student but wish to volunteer, please come to the registration desk to see how you can help. You must still register for the conference. Only Student Hosts have their fees waived. Thank you!
