Speakers, please note:
Dear Speakers:
Please double check your session number before you check your room information. Go to the Asilomar Speaker Index. Look up your name in the index and then look up
your session(s). There you will find the
time, title, and description of your presentation as well as a
brief indentification of you (and your co-presenter). Please advise the
program chair immediately if you see any errors in this information. I have had to make a few changes in the last couple of weeks, so make sure your information is current before you start this procedure.
Your session number is three digits. The first digit (hundreds place) refers to the day and time you are speaking. Numbers 1 through 4 refer to Friday speaking times and 5 through 8 are for Saturday sessions. The tens- and ones-place digits are your room code. Use the chart below to find your room and then you can see your capacity and if there are tables in your room.
The rooms at Pacific Grove Middle School (PGMS) and Pacific Grove High School (PGHS) have either tables or desks. Rooms on the Asilomar grounds are either tables or chairs (lecture style).
