Booth Information
Maximum of three booths per exhibitor.
Each booth is about 6 feet by 6 feet with 6 feet by 2.5 feet unskirted table and two chairs
Cost/Registration
The exhibit fee is $400 per booth. An additional $75 fee for those that need electricity.
The fee for each booth space includes one 6 feet unskirted table, two chairs, two box lunches on Saturday, and two name badges. If more are needed, then a fee of $20 per lunch and $5 per name badge will be assessed. Email will be sent later to obtain names and lunch count.

Exhibitors Tool Kit - Tricord
Tricord is the company that transforms the venue into a conference exhibit hall.
Shipping, booth upgrades, and other information is in the exhibitor’s tool kit.
Do not ship any material to Asilomar Conference Grounds.
Order items for your booth upgrade, such as rugs, special tables, etc., directly from Tricord.
Contact information for Tricord will be sent to your representative by November 1, If your representative did not get the information, please contact us.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

For a full refund, an email must be received by September 30; Partial refund, if received by October 31. NO REFUNDS after October 31

If any exhibitor that attends any session, MUST REGISTER for the conference. link here
Contact Asilomar Conference Grounds (link for asilomar) for the housing/meal package. This package includes two nights lodging and six meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch)

Drawing
​
To encourage participants to visit the exhibit hall a drawing for items will take place on Saturday afternoon.
CMC-N encourages the companies to donate items for the drawing. Each company can have its own drawing or can participate in the CMC-N drawing.
